For Borussia Dortmund (BVB), one of Germany’s most renowned football clubs and an internationally recognized professional sports brand, we delivered a central corporate design transformation project. Based on a newly developed Brand Book, the goal was to transfer BVB’s visual identity into Microsoft PowerPoint in a way that is consistent, brand-aligned, and practical for everyday use—serving as a tool for internal teams, partners, and commercial activities.

Brand precision that delivers
The key challenge: BVB’s proprietary typeface is a core element of the brand identity. To preserve the typographic impact of the new design in everyday use, we successfully embedded the font in PowerPoint, ensuring consistent and correct rendering—even without local installation. This was a crucial step in delivering a distinctive, brand-faithful design for daily business use.
Together with our partners, we developed a powerful PowerPoint master and a comprehensive slide library. In addition to generic, reusable BVB slides, the first marketing slides were created in close collaboration with SPORTFIVE, the international sports marketing agency and BVB’s exclusive commercial partner. The result is a strong combination of brand precision, efficiency, and communicative impact.
The outcome: a modern, consistent presentation system that is ready to use at speed, simplifies brand work, and empowers teams to communicate with impact—fully aligned with their brand.
