A presentation system empowering over 12,000 employees

adesso SE, one of the leading internationally active IT and consulting companies, faced a central challenge: more than 12,000 employees were working with a wide range of presentation templates and technical versions on a daily basis. Our task was to consolidate this diversity and create a consistent, modern presentation system that combines brand identity with ease of use.

Together with adesso, we refined the existing design and translated it into a new PowerPoint master that is technically robust, visually clear, and fully compatible with legacy presentations. The master is complemented by a 100-page slide library and a guideline that provides clear orientation and confidence in day-to-day work. The result is a system that feels consistent, is easy to understand, and performs reliably in everyday use.

From template to real-world use: rollout makes the difference

The rollout was deliberately supported with accompanying measures, including intranet articles, Q&A sessions, ready-to-use materials, and a webinar. Feedback was consistently positive, and the new design was immediately embedded in a major flagship project: the “digital day”.

Despite the technical complexity and the highly fragmented legacy setup, the result is a presentation system that works cleanly, looks modern, and performs reliably.
